Lesson 1. Foundational Awareness

Begin with simple sequences that help you gain awareness of your alignment and mobilize the joints of your feet & ankles with the support of your knees and hips.

Lesson 2: Strengthening The Foundation

Through added spring resistance and dynamic sequences, we’ll begin to progressively load your exercises to build strength and support.

Lesson 3: Core Support

Integrate breathwork, trunk stability and alignment into your lower body exercises to create seamless support for level changes, stretches and strengthening exercises.

  • Yes - any exercises done with the swing can be replaced with a stability ball and/or reformer box.

  • This clinic is designed for a body that has recovered from an injury and/or is working with a weakness. While it is progressive in nature, it is not meant to replace physical therapy or rehab.

  • Each class has 45 minutes of movement with an intro and outro with set up directions and your extra credit assignment - classes will average 50 mins in total.

  • As with any movement program, consistency will be key to seeing progress. However, it is not required to pace weekly in order to participate.

  • Yes! All with access to equipment are welcome. The clinic is designed with a basic working knowledge of the cadillac in mind. In addition, the course is not a certification program and does not take the place of a full Pilates teacher training.
