Explore alignment, technique and a bit of our endurance edges. Remember - these are ALL personalized and if you felt like you pushed too intensely or not intensely enough you have my permission and encouragement to choose differently in future sessions.

You are encouraged to not only return to this class again this week, but also to see if you can schedule one or two, 10 minute jumping sessions to your favorite playlist this week. Have Fun with it and don't let it be too serious - the name of the game is mood-boosting!
